Inventory Officer

**The Role**

Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. We have an exciting opportunity for two Inventory Officer’s to join our busy team on a permanent basis.

The Inventory Officer’s primary purpose is the verification that all on hand inventory is accurate in both quantity, location and sequence of issue for manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include:

- Full cyclic stock counting of the Dunsandel warehouses 4 times per annum.
- Detailed investigation of any identified errors.
- Accurate processing of all inventory adjustments ensuring reason codes are attached and the correct department is allocated.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, and lead by example to ensure company goals are achieved and exceeded.
- Completion of weekly and/or monthly KPI reports verifying inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and report on inventory holding levels and use by dates.

**Qualification**
- Secondary qualification preferred

**Skills and Experience**
- 4 + years’ experience in a logistics / supply chain / warehouse environment
- Prior experience working with ERP systems is essential
- Query and report development expertise
