**The Role**

Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our busy team on a permanent basis, 40 hours per week. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $76,000.

Based at our Dunsandel manufacturing site, the primary function of the role is to provide Purchasing Support within the Raw Materials and Packaging Categories, however there will be requirements from time to time across other Categories.

You will also be comfortable providing specialist advice and training to key internal customers, as well as managing day to day relationships with suppliers. You are a confident self-starter that enjoys a level of autonomy in your role and are able to communicate effectively at all levels in the business.

You will need to review and be familiar with MRP systems in SAP (preferably) to ensure purchase orders are placed in accordance with prevailing agreements and confirm pricing and delivery with suppliers to ensure invoicing will match purchase order details.

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualification desirable - eg CIPS L3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations
- Membership of CIPS or other recognised Supply Chain Industry body desirable

**Experience**
- Purchasing experience with demonstrable successes in achieving targets / best practice benchmarks
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- SAP purchasing experience Preferred
