Having a strong risk culture at Tower is one of the key methods to accomplish this vision. As Risk Governance & Reporting Analyst you will be pivotal in embedding this culture. The role entails extensive stakeholder management with a diverse range of leaders across the business, providing practical and technical support, provision of key risk data, managing reporting, maintaining critical risk administration processes, and supporting the Risk Team. You can expect to be across the following: - Co-ordinate and manage risk reporting to Management and Board Committees - Provide timely, expert advice and professional support to the Chief Risk Officer and other senior stakeholders where required. - Manage and support the Tower wide risk business continuity plans, Crisis Management plan, structure and communications. - Lead enhancement, uplift efficiency and develop insights from Tower's Risk Management platform. - Support the Risk Business Partners when undertaking risk assessments, control evaluations and in-depth risk analysis. - Maintain risk & compliance supporting structures e.g., Policies, guidelines and training materials **What you'll need** This position will suit someone who is energised by being able to establish the necessary systems and processes to ensure Tower's Governance and compliance practices are modern and fit for purpose. **To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**: - A background in risk with at least three years' experience is preferred. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills along with an eye for detail - Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence internal audiences at all levels. - Knowledge of insurance as a business - Ability to work in a fast-paced change orientated environment, under pressure and to deadlines. - Self-motivated with good initiative and a "continuous improvement" mindset is essential. **We pride ourselves on encouraging everyone to bring their whole selves to work, and respect diverse opinions and backgrounds.
