Orion Health is excited to be expanding our galaxy by recruiting for a security and privacy focused Governance, Risk and Compliance Lead Analyst to support the delivery of our security and privacy strategy. **What will you be doing?**

We're on the hunt for a Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst within our Information Security and Privacy team.

As the Lead GRC Analyst, you will:

- Work closely with the Auckland based CISO to operationalise the global security and privacy strategy.
- Manage Orion Health's Risk Management Framework, including driving improvements in security and privacy risk management.
- Develop and manage security and privacy metrics and establish governance mechanisms to share these with our business units at a regular cadence.
- Manage external certifications and accreditations across the global businesses, ensuring external audits are planned, resourced and adding value.
- Support a continuous improvement culture within the business unit and wider Orion Health teams.

**What will you bring to the role?**
- **Experience**:You will have experience with best practice frameworks such as ISO 27001 or ISO 31000 Risk management frameworks.
- You will have 3+ years' experience in either security, privacy or risk management roles
- **Skills**:Effective communication and planning are your top skills. You have experience managing complex problems and breaking these down into simpler actionable tasks.
- **Characteristics**:You will be an effective collaborator with the ability to communicate well throughout all levels, regions and organisations within Orion Health.
- You will be well-organised and motivated to manage audit schedules across multiple geographies.
- **Education**:A Bachelor's degree or 3+ years' experience in a Big-4, or internal security,, privacy or risk team.
- Security or risk management certifications desirable (e.g. CISM, CISA, CRISC)
