**Your new role**
The Events Administrator will work with and support the CEO to deliver events through the year and ensure the events run effectively. Key tasks:

- Use individual event procedures forms for each event to keep track of tasks
- Get quotes and create budget in conjunction with CEO
- Enter and proofing of content onto Script and Autocue
- Book venues / book flights if required
- Load website with Event's information
- Check invoices match quotes
- Code payment on Xero
- Social Media management for events
- Events coordination
- General admin tasks

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Excellent communicator
- High process driven
- Excellent attention to detail
- Friendly personality
- Positive attitude
- Understanding of Excel
- Xero and Adobe knowledge is a plus
- Willing to learn and work in a small team
- Tech savvy
- Quick learner
