Walter & Wild is a New Zealand Food Manufacturing company with a substantial portfolio of iconic brands including Hubbards, I Love Food Co., Aunt Betty’s, Hansells, Vitafresh, Greggs, Alfa One, Movenpick (NZ and AU), Killinchy Gold, NZ Natural, Zilch and Chateau.

We are looking for a recent Food Science/Technology graduate to join our energetic, friendly, and supportive Innovations Team on a 12-month's fixed term. This is a great role for someone who is wanting to get full exposure to creating world-class products by supporting the team in delivering new products to market, ensuring food safety and data integrity, updating documentation and specification as needed, and contributing to bringing new ideas and suggestions to the business

**About You**
- We’re looking for someone who is qualified or studying towards a degree or relevant qualification in food technology or related fields and may have already some experience in food product development or general food preparation.
- An understanding of principles of food safety and technology.
- Works as a team player and goes out of way to help.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities and deadline pressure.
