**About the role**

As a Digital Product Specialist, you will be working in a future-focused Customer Products team who are responsible for leading and creating innovative digital consumer facing products and services that truly differentiate us from our competitors by creating memorable ‘value add’ customer experiences.

You’ll be using modern techniques, toolsets, and paradigms that allow us to be innovative, agile and resilient; adapting and acting fast to differentiate.

Supporting Product Owners, you will develop a solid understanding of business goals and assist them with guiding our teams throughout the life of a product in ways that create value, solve customer problems, and meet key business objectives.

**About you**

You will have a customer centric approach and understand how digital product teams have both internal and external customers to service. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills you will be confident in building the relationships across the business that you will need to support your work. You are comfortable with getting hands on and your ability to multitask means you can manage the variety of tasks you may be asked to do. You will also be able to gather data identify and problem solve issues and communicate reasoning and rationale behind your decisions and recommendations. You can quickly absorb new information and assess its impact in a rapidly evolving environment to help you navigate change in a fast paced, complex, environment.

You may come from an analyst or technical support background and have an interest in digital product. Innately curious, keen to learn more, constantly looking at what’s possible and how you can help to achieve it, other keys to your success will also include:

- A passion for digital
- Delivery focused
- At least 1-2 years in a technical position (analyst/digital design/tech support would be ideal)
- An interest in data and analytics - experience with Google Analytics, Content Management Systems and App and Play store analytics
- Exposure to SAP (would be an advantage)
