Or a Product Owner and/or business expert that understands people needs wanting to take the next career step? If so, this role is going to get you excited

We are on the hunt for a new Employee Experience Product Manager to join the Foodies team and create innovative digital employee facing products and services.

In a nutshell, this role will lead the design and implementation of an end-to-end set of Employee Experience processes and supporting tools that help our people get work done in simple, creative and effective ways and that inspires employee engagement. Key responsibilities include:

- Partner with key stakeholders and senior leadership across IT and all Foodies to ensure an aligned, ‘in it together’ approach to all aspects of the employee experience journey, using and providing key insights and best practice methodologies.
- Working with the Foodies People and Capability division as their IT business partner. Growing the relationship between the 2 divisions, communicating key messages and providing guidance on IT related support.
- Implementing working practices that motivate employees and support their health and wellbeing. Providing advice and guidance to support the adoption of methods and tools.
- Contributing to change management activities. Gathering feedback to analyse the impact and effectiveness of the change management activities and takes a solution-based approach.
- Working with Foodstuffs South Island to explore and execute national employee platform opportunities

**About you**

With a passion for Employee Experience and ambition to lead and manage meaningful products and changes, the suitable applicant for this role will have:

- Employee experience domain knowledge ideally coupled with Product Management experience and the ability to translate this into developing and operationalising process and system changes.
- An appreciation for strategy, process, accelerating technologies, user centric design, change management, agile practices and a practical approach to ensuring all this is brought together in efficient outcome design
- A flexible approach, open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes. You will be curious, and keen to learn more, and constantly looking at what’s possible
- Strong relationship building skills - someone with effective negotiation and mediation skills who strives to work collaboratively and build credibility across multiple stakeholders and departments.
