This is a hands-on, creative coordination role perfect for someone who enjoys building tools and systems that help others make smarter decisions. You’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining the way we capture, interpret, and present workforce planning information across our business turning it into practical strategies and recommendations for leaders at all levels.

**What you’ll be doing**:
- Designing and maintaining structured tools and reports to capture, organise, and track workforce demand and supply- Building clear, accessible ways to present data that support strategic conversations and decision-making at all levels of the business- Working closely with our People & Culture teams, Labour Hire, and Operational teams to gather key inputs and ensure information is current- Coordinating workforce data across internal teams and suppliers to support planning for future needs and critical roles- Identifying gaps or opportunities in how we capture and share workforce information, and designing better ways to do it- You’ll
also support internal redeployment processes, working with leaders and recruitment to identify suitable options for our people as business needs evolve**What we’re looking for**:
- Proven ability to capture, interpret, and present data in a way that informs strategy and drives action- Experience in a similar role workforce planning, resource coordination, or data-driven decision support with transferable skills that can be applied to our environment- Confidence working with business tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel (or similar)- Strong communication skills to present insights and recommendations clearly to different audiences- A proactive problem solver who enjoys improving processes and building practical solutions
