**The Role**
Our project team is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and detail-oriented individual to step into our newly created 12-month fixed term position as Workforce Administrator for a key payroll system project.

Based at our National Support Office in Central Auckland, the Workforce Administrator will work with the project team to support the delivery of critical payroll system enhancements. The expected completion target for the project is 12-months.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure Data entry requirements are delivered within project timelines.
- Collect, analyse and maintain employee work schedules in time and attendance system, and in SAP Payroll - Employee Master Data
- Work in collaboration with key stakeholders to source data and paperwork where required for Project Holiday Act Compliance.
- Monitor employee working patterns and making sure that branches are made aware of exceptions using Power BI and other reports.
- Communicate effectively with impacted staff and managers.
- Assist with documenting the processes and procedures for Standard operating procedures.
