**Senior Advisor, Design and Commissioning**

**Fixed term - 12 Months**

We are looking for two Senior** **Advisors to join our Design and Commissioning team in the Commissioning and Service Improvement Unit (CSI). In CSI, we work to support the delivery of positive change in the justice system for a safe and fair Aotearoa.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and provides an opportunity to further develop your project management, process design, workshop facilitation, and change management skills using a range of improvement methodologies.

Ideally, the skills and experience we are looking for include:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project management experience
- A good understanding of design and of improvement methodologies
- A demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships and effective networks across and within organisations
- Justice sector knowledge
- Comfort in working in a fast-paced environment and complex environment.

Design and Commissioning is a high-performing team tasked with providing high quality service design and improvement services to the Operations and Service Delivery group within the Ministry of Justice.

We have a diverse and varied work programme, covering all aspects of the Justice system, from supporting the Judiciary to expand solution focused courts to reviewing Ministry commissioned services to ensure people's needs are continually at the core of service provision. As part of our team, you'll find that no two projects are the same and you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the way justice services are delivered.

**_ Salary Range_**

The appointing salary for this role will be between $84,366 - $119,105 based on skills and experience.
