We are looking for a
**Sustainability Advisor **to join the Fletcher Construction team on the Eastern Busway Alliance project.

The purpose of this role is to promote and facilitate the integration of sustainability principles into the delivery of the Eastern Busway project, support the achievement of an Infrastructure IS Rating and leave a sustainability legacy.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure EBA Governance and Management Systems are delivering sustainable outcomes across the entire programme including the ISC rating and Sustainability KRA’s and KPI’s for the project.
- Work with the environmental advisor(s) to ensure specialist inputs and environmental management is in accordance with Discharge, Land and Heritage ISC credits.
- Guide the discipline leads in relation to the evidence requirements for the IS rating assessment
- Support strategic sustainability deliverables including development of corresponding strategies, and sub-plans.
- Liaise and provide advice to the EBA project team to achieve the IS benchmark requirements for target credits and levels.
- Assist in the Management and coordination of the ISC submissions process
- Implement and monitor compliance with the Sustainability Management Plan and IS Rating process.
- Embed a culture of sustainability within the EBA team and subcontractors.

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in in relevant field or at least 2 years working in Infrastructure Sustainability related projects.
- Specialist knowledge in one of the following areas - sustainable procurement, embodied carbon, energy use/carbon reporting/climate change, waste management
- Coaching and mentoring capabilities that empower others to own and lead a positive sustainability culture
- Experience with implementing sustainability rating frameworks
- Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional (ISAP) desired

The Eastern Busway Alliance Project is a 5-year alliance project constructing a dedicated, congestion-free busway between Panmure, Pakuranga and Botany town centres. This Alliance project will be delivered by Fletcher Construction, Acciona, AECOM and Jacobs.
