If you are passionate about sustainability, then look no further. We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as a **Sustainability Advisor.**

As part of our Legal & Sustainability Team, you will play a pivotal role in the sustainability team supporting the wider Mitre 10 network in creating a real and sustainable impact on the environment, our operations, and the communities we serve.

**Reporting to the Head of Sustainability your key functions will include**:

- Developing the national annual work programme for the network's sustainability leads (Champions) and providing inspiration and support for local sustainability initiatives.
- Creating and supporting the sustainability plan, including the development, maintenance, and periodic review of processes and procedures for managing sustainability requirements.
- Maintaining data files to measure the network's Carbon Emissions, ESG reporting, reduction management plans, and monthly sustainability reporting.
- Assisting in the Ethical and Responsible Sourcing program.
- Supporting our category and compliance team in areas related to product claims, Sustainable packaging, and ethical and responsible sourcing in accordance with the Sustainability plan.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- A qualification in sustainability is preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- A drive for success
- Good working knowledge and experience in team member engagement, communication and data management.
