**About the role**:**
We are working with well-known industry leaders who are looking to bring on experienced Human resource coordinators and administrators for short and long term temporary assignments.
These temporary assignments include roles that could be extended on to permanent opportunities for the right person.
**These roles may require a mixture of the following tasks**:
- Recruitment and recruitment coordination inducing support on bulk and project recruiting
- Interview facilitation
- Employment relations administration including manning employee documents, contracts, onboarding and system updating
- Employee training coordination
- Any payroll experience would be an advantage
- General and system administration
- Support and facilitation of employment meetings and communication
**About you**:
You are passionate about people and have strong attention to detail, initiative and drive mixed with a friendly and collaborative nature. You also enjoy being hands-on and building relationships with all employees. Due to the nature of these roles, you will be comfortable to hit the ground running and be willing to tackle new challenges along the way.
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to work well under pressure across a variety of tasks
- Strong computer attuite - Microsoft Suite is a must have
- Attention to detail as you will be working with legal documents
- The ability to adopt efficient work patterns and strong organisational skills
- The confidence to support a team though effective communication and time management
