Our tech platform connects 3000 tutors/mentors to students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway.

**What are the main responsibilities for this role?**
- Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders through the recruitment process and empower them to make successful hires
- Improve and advise on current recruitment 'best practice'
- Lead end to end recruitment of roles; drafting adverts, sourcing, culture interviews and other recruitment activities.
- Providing project management support for any recruitment based programs.
- Proactive improvement of our employment brand in the market
- Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders.
- Manage our ATS platform end maintain data integrity by ensuring accuracy and consistency of input data

**What skills and experience are required?**
- 3+ years in recruitment.
- High learning agility and the ability to work with stakeholders from around the globe
- Passion for high growth companies and building a strong culture.
- Strong customer service orientation; ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and tact.
- Highly-organised with the ability to follow through on projects with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders across time zones.
- Understanding and confidence in using specific systems and programmes, including MS Office Suite, Google and HRIS/Recruitment platforms.
