Neptune Pacific Direct Line (NPDL) is experiencing a period of significant transformation. **Job Description**:
**Here’s what you will be doing**:
We are on a growth mode, and to cater to the businesses growing needs, we’re now looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our awesome HR Team. Based in Parnell, you will be responsible for the full cycle of recruiting for positions throughout NPDL Group. This includes efficient and detailed recruitment administration, sourcing, marketing, screening, interviewing and onboarding. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will also be responsible for the executing the recruitment process to make sure we follow best practice and continuous improvement to secure the best talent.

We believe our success is due to the fantastic talent we have within our business and this role plays a key part in the process. The diversity of our business makes for a fascinating and challenging range of opportunities. This year we implemented an ATS, a careers website and have a lot of other fun and exciting projects to be a part of alongside the BAU recruitment.

**Qualifications**:
**Here’s what you’ll bring to the table**:
We are looking for someone with:

- Previous recruitment experience in all aspects of the recruitment process, preferably in a fast paced/high volume environment
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Tenacity and resilience to persevere from setbacks to achieve our people resource requirements

As an energetic, proactive, and adaptable individual you will love juggling multiple priorities and making a mark by driving best practices and taking ownership and responsibility. With excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, you'll be comfortable developing and managing a wide range of internal and external relationships. You'll know the tricks of the trade when it comes to finding hard to source talent and you'll be adept at planning, prioritising and managing a busy workload.
