**Job Description** About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to join our care team as a Clinical Nurse Lead, at our **Summerset in the Vines, Havelock North**. Reporting to the Care Centre Manager, this role will help to provide leadership, support, and clinical guidance to our incredible Care Centre team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in providing clinical guidance, day to day direction, and leadership to the Care Centre team.
- Working closely with Care Centre Manager to help support safe operation of the care team.
- Active involvement with the Summerset quality management programme.

**This is a full time role between Monday and Friday.**
**Qualifications** About you**:

- A Registered Nurse with recognised expertise in the provision of clinical oversight.
- A team player who is passionate to support, train and develop the Caregiving team.
- A skilled communicator with a proven ability to build positive relationships.
- An InterRAI trained Nurse who can complete and oversee clinical assessments and care planning.
