At Oceania, we're reimagining what retirement and aged care living looks like in Aotearoa. Our Nurse Practitioners are at the heart of this transformation - leading clinical excellence, championing resident wellbeing, and shaping the future of care.

We're growing our clinical leadership team and are looking for Nurse Practitioners who bring compassion, expertise, and a collaborative spirit to support our residents and nursing teams across multiple care centres.

What you'll do:

As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll work across a group of care centres to:

  • Lead the treatment and care planning for residents with complex health conditions
  • Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions with confidence and care
  • Build strong connections with Te Whatu Ora specialist services
  • Mentor and support Registered Nurses, fostering evidence-based practice
  • Drive clinical quality improvement through audits, reviews, and innovation

What you'll bring:

You're a natural clinical leader with a passion for gerontology and a commitment to excellence. You thrive in a team environment, value connection, and are motivated by making a meaningful difference.

  • Registered with the Nursing Council in the Nurse Practitioner Scope of Practice
  • Current practising certificate
  • Experience in primary care is a plus
  • Willingness to travel regularly across your region

Why Oceania?

At Oceania, we offer:

  • Competitive remuneration
  • Ongoing development and career progression
  • A safe, supportive work environment
  • Access to staff discounts and wellbeing support

No matter your role, you'll be part of a team that's redefining aged care - where residents lead the way, and every day is an opportunity to do better.
