**Are You Ready to Lead Advanced Nursing Care in Haematological Malignancies?**
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) - Malignant Haematology to join our dynamic team at Te Whatu Ora - MidCentral. This is unique opportunity to work at the forefront of cancer care, supporting patients with complex haematological conditions such as Acute leukaemia and Lymphoma within the Regional Cancer Treatment Service (RCTS).
**About the Role**
As a CNS - Malignant Haematology, you will:
- Provide advanced clinical care and leadership across the malignant haematology pathway.
- Coordinate and oversee the **Haematology tumour stream**within the **Faster Cancer Treatment (FCT)**programme, ensuring timely diagnosis and treatment.
- Lead nurse-led clinics for stable neutropenic patients post-chemotherapy or stem cell transplant.
- Support stem cell collection, return, and intrathecal chemotherapy procedures.
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings and regional cancer service planning.
- Prescribe within your scope as a **Registered Nurse Prescriber**.
- Support patients undergoing outpatient chemotherapy for haematological malignancies.
- Co-ordinate care for patients undergoing allogenic stem cell transplantation at Wellington Hospital

**About You**
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Registered Nurse with current APC (NZNC)
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Postgraduate qualification (or working towards)
- RN prescribing endorsement (or working towards)
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and achieving equitable outcomes for Māori
**Desirable:
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in oncology or haematology nursing
- Senior Nurse PDRP portfolio
- Experience in nurse-led clinics and advanced care coordination
