We are on the lookout for 1 Restaurant Manager and 1 Cook position.
**Duties and Responsibilities of Cafe/Restaurant Manager**:
Manage the cafe/restaurant op
Ensure the cafe/restaurant is open during the scheduled
Organize and plan the day-to-day operations of the cafe/re
Planning and organising special f
Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain financial tran
Operate the till and accurately handle cash, cheques, credit and debit
tran
Participate in menu planning with Kitchen staff and cooks/
Ensure Cafe/ Restaurant comply with Health and Safety reg
Undertake regular stock takes and maintain sufficient stock accordinglyand also keep the record of stock
Respond to customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and
Determining staff requirements and recruiting
Hiring, training and supervising the waiting and kitchen
Work with baristas to fulfill beverage
Collaborate with kitchen staff to process and expedite food
**Qualifications and experience**:
Preferred 3 months of relevant or Assistant Manager experience in the food industry.
**Pay rate**: $28 to $30 per hour
**Hours and Position**:
It is full time permanent position with minimum of 30 hours guaranteed perweek.

**Qualifications and experience**:

**Note**: Both successful applicants for the above positions must be available towork on weekends and during the Christmas period holidays as it is the busiest time for our business.
