We are an authentic Indian restaurant who provides only the highest quality meals made from the freshest ingredients. We are seeking multiple cooks and an Assistant Manager to join our restaurant.

**Cook**:
The purpose of the cooks position is to use your flair and knowledge in Indian cuisine to continue to drive the restaurant forward whilst maintaining the food quality and customer service.

Your responsibilities willinclude but is not limited to:
Cooking elements of every dish, preparing side dishes, breads, pickles and garnishes
Tracking and ensuring all food stock requirements
Ensuring all procedures and work environments meet hygiene and safety standards

**Assistant Manager**:
Duties include but are not limited to dealing with suppliers, hiring, training and supervision of staff, providing excellent customer service, marketing and promoting the Restaurant, maintaining quality standards, budgeting, ordering and maintaining stock and assisting to createpolicies for the Restaurant.

We are looking for a mature staff member who can work on their own without any supervision and mínimal training. They must be able to communicate to a diverse range of people and be able to maintain professional customer service in any circumstance.

The minimum payrate we are willing to offer for these positions is $25 and the maximum payrate is $30. We will guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week for each position.

All applicants will need to be able to lawfully work full time in New Zealand.
