**E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager**

We are seeking a confident, energetic, strategic and dynamic E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager to develop, manage and execute marketing activities and strategy across the business.

You will be responsible for leading a team, who create, design and manage all customer engagement experiences with a large focus on our digital platforms. You will develop and guide staff to deliver effective digital marketing, promotion and advertising campaigns, always ensuring the Ballantyne’s brand remains strong in the community.

**Your Skills and Experience**

We are looking for an experienced people leader who is passionate about motivating a talented team to achieve strategic objectives. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be imperative to successfully building solid working relationships with internal and external parties.

As the role is both strategic and hands on - you will need the vision and understanding about how all the pieces fit together, but also be able to dive into the detail to get initiatives delivered.

You will have a strong understanding of, and experience in, direct and digital marketing, ideally within a fast paced and competitive environment. Specifically - an advanced understanding of E-Commerce (with experience in various platforms); retail marketing channels; proven B2C retail experience; marketing automation and a clear drive to enhance our in-store experience and assist in continuing to grow our website and online business.

You will have a strong background in customer engagement and retention strategies, as well as a relevant tertiary qualification. Strong analytical, project management skills, and a strategic and forward-thinking approach.
