We are looking for a digital savvy E-commerce Specialist to join a well-recognised NZ owned retail business. Working closely as part of a tight-knit marketing team with a supportive Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the business' digital and e-commerce activities.

To be successful, you'll need to be:

- An experienced digital/e-commerce specialist with ability to measure digital performance, including Google Analytics and paid advertising
- A creative and strategic digital thinker with an advanced understanding and experience of e-commerce platforms
- Analytical - able to gain a deep insight of the business' digital performance, understand customer's shopping behaviour and able to make recommendations to support product growth
- Able to demonstrate ability to be part of or manage multiple projects collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experienced with digital retail platforms (Ontempo and Blackpepper is advantageous)
- Managing all online activities - traffic acquisition, digital ad conversion, Search Engine Optimisation, digital contenting loading and execute all digital/online promotional campaigns
- Working with external service providers to achieve continuous improvement of customer experience
