E-commerce Manager

Our client is a Kiwi-founded lifestyle clothing brand whose foundations are built on the principles of human + environmental sustainability. Currently in a growth phase expanding their online presence, they are seeking a talented and experienced E-Commerce Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Executive Director and General Manager, as the E-Commerce Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales and managing the e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximise revenue, improve user experience, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce platforms will contribute to the growth and success of the brand.
The right person for the role will hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field and / or relevant working experience as an E-Commerce Manager or Specialist. Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail or fashion industry is a must, alongside strong understanding of e-commerce and retail platforms such as Shopify, Lightspeed and Marsello, and design tools such as Photoshop and Canva.
This is a small team with big goals. You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, along with a willingness to muck in where needed. A passion for sustainability and ethical business practices will make you the right fit for this role.
