**Position Overview**:
A leading electrical supply company with a nationwide network of 28 branches is seeking a dynamic Product & E-Commerce Manager. This role is essential for driving online growth and expanding the company's digital presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing Strategy**: Create and execute digital marketing plans to increase website traffic and online sales. Enhance customer experience and improve online visibility.
- **Social Media Management**: Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms. Create engaging content and build a strong online community. Maintain a structured social media calendar.
- **SEO and Website Optimization**: Optimize website performance through SEO best practices and content improvements. Manage website updates, design, and performance reporting.
- **PIMS Management**: Oversee the Product Information Management System, including product database, pricing updates, and data accuracy. Ensure seamless integration with ERP and webstore.
- **E-Commerce and Digital Marketing**: Manage e-marketing initiatives, including EDM campaigns and direct marketing. Identify and act on opportunities to enhance the online shopping experience.
- **IT Support**: Provide IT support for product codes, pricing anomalies, and category updates. Offer training on design tools as needed.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to refine strategies and improve positioning. Liaise with external agencies, business partners, and internal teams as needed.
