We're looking for a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer to take Zempire's visual brand to the next level. If you love blending design flair with a passion for the outdoors, and enjoy working with a collaborative, down-to-earth team, this is your next adventure.

About the role
In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to deliver fresh, inspiring designs that elevate Zempire's brand. You'll create engaging assets for digital and print—think social media, eDM graphics, POS collateral, catalogues, billboards, and packaging. You'll also support the Lead Designer with production and packaging design and collaborate on marketing collateral for events and retailer collaborations in global markets.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Designing engaging marketing assets across digital and print platforms (social media, eDM graphics, POS collateral, catalogues, OOH billboards, packaging, etc.)
  • Developing brand visuals that align with Zempire's identity
  • Supporting product and packaging artwork, ensuring clarity and creativity
  • Collaborating on campaign visuals from concept to execution
  • Preparing artwork for print and digital, proofing for accuracy and impact
  • Staying up to date with design trends in outdoor, travel, and lifestyle spaces
  • Contributing fresh ideas in creative sessions

About you
We're after someone with 2-3 years' experience who's passionate about design and the outdoors, with a keen eye for detail and a love for creative design and storytelling. You thrive in a fast-paced, office-based environment and enjoy collaborating with others to bring ideas to life.

You'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong sense of typography, layout, and colour
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing creativity and originality
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Basic knowledge of preparing artwork for print and digital
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • A passion for camping, outdoors, or lifestyle branding is a plus
