**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a strategic finance leader with a passion for commercial growth to join our high-performing finance team as our Global Commercial Finance Lead.

This is a newly created role within our finance team, reporting to the CFO. You’ll provide strategic financial leadership, supporting M&A activities, driving financial modelling and analysis, and providing commercial insights to guide business decisions. You'll be integral to ensuring that our global commercial initiatives and strategic projects are underpinned by sound financial processes, robust systems, and clear performance metrics.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders, support financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration on M&A opportunities, and support investment strategies to drive sustainable growth.

**The Fit**

We’re looking for a seasoned finance professional who thrives in a strategic, fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to partner with business units to drive profitability and growth.

You’ll be highly analytical, able to filter complex data into actionable insights, and an expert at confidently communicating and presenting financial outcomes to senior leadership.

To succeed in this role, you’ll also need:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- To be CA/CPA/CIMA qualified.
- Proven experience in finance business partnering or commercial finance at a senior level.
- 10+ years finance experience.
- Strong commercial acumen, financial modelling, and data analysis skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in leading business planning and performance management processes including assessing business growth and investment opportunities.
- Experience utilising SAP software is highly desirable.
