**Receptionist**
- ** Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)**:

- **Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm**.
- **Based at Huia Hub (Otahuhu Office)**:

- **Pay Band: $47,926pa - $51,873pa** (depending on qualification, experience, skill and knowledge)

**Role**:
The position requires that effective administrative systems/processes are maintained, coordinated, and delivered. This will include general administrative functions and other duties as may be delegated.

Answering incoming calls and clearing answer-phone
- Meet and greet all EMBER visitors

Stationery Ordering for the Hub and other services which includes general office stationery as well as kitchen and bathroom supplies
- Photocopying / Binding / Laminating as required
- Ordering couriers to collect urgent items
- Catering for internal and external meetings and functions

Kitchen duties including emptying and loading of dishwasher and ensuring kitchens are clean and tidy, and both fridges are stocked with milk

Organising delivery and removal of document destruction bins
- Monitoring EMBER on-site parking and sign-in register

Ensuring general cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and stationery/photocopier area.
- Indoor plant care and maintenance
- General administration assistance as required by HR and L&D
- Ad hoc administration projects for the GMHR and other Senior Managers

Compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 specifically in relation to the induction of new employees

**You will**:

- Previous admin and/or reception work experience
- Be compassionate, understanding and have patience.
- Be open and approachable as the face of our Huia Hub.
- Have clear written and verbal communication skills
- Full NZ Drivers Licence
- Valid/Current work visa, residency, or citizenship
- Be fully Covid vaccinated with 1st & 2nd and a booster vaccination in compliance with the mandate for the health sector.
