**The Role**
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our passionate and collaborative People team. As a critical member of our team, you will build strong partnerships and serve as a trusted advisor to our rapidly expanding global technology business unit.

**In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Execute on a range of HR activities such as performance management, compensation, career development, workforce planning and succession planning
- Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders locally and internationally
- Ensure standard HR support is provided to foundational activities for the teams you support
- Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and projects
- Coach managers to enable team effectiveness and leadership alignment within your remit
- Support culture and talent outcomes in collaboration with the People Success Lead
- Foster a collaborative and inspiring team environment
**In order to be successful in this role, you should have**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role within a global setting
- Applicable experience in a hands-on HR generalist role, previous HR management experience would be advantageous
- Sound working knowledge across HR disciplines such as compensation, ER, diversity, performance management, and employment law in a global setting
- Exceptional professionalism, stakeholder management abilities and interpersonal skills
- Effective analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation with a strong customer service focus
- Strong global and cultural awareness, and a commitment to upholding ethical practices in all your actions
