**About the Role**

Working alongside an HR Business Partner and Senior Human Resource Advisor, the Human Resource Advisor_ _plays a pivotal role in driving successful people initiatives and practices across our organisation.

**What You'll Do**:
As an experienced HR Advisor your days here will be incredibly varied. You will be working alongside our HR Business Partners and Senior HR Advisors to provide leaders with expert advice and support across a range of HR functions. You will work on a variety of matters such as:

- Providing advice on employment relations and handle ER cases such as disciplinary investigations, disputes, and personal grievances.
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
- Building strong relationships with all levels of staff to support a positive organisational culture.
- Providing coaching and support to leaders, empowering them to manage people-related challenges and drive high-performance teams.

**About You**

We're looking for someone with solid generalist HR skills (at least 3 years in an advisory role) and experience in a large organisation. Ideally, you'll also have:

- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations cases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build effective working relationships.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to HR challenges.
