What's the role?

We are searching for an experienced technical sales representative to become our next Regional Sales Manager. You'll be based anywhere between North Canterbury and Timaru. 

In this autonomous role, you'll report to our National Sales Manager.

You'll be well supported by a tight knit team, enabling you to maintain and grow our retail customer, grower and farmer relationships within the greater Canterbury region.

Who are we are looking for?

  • You will have a strong background in agriculture with a solid understanding of the arable, cereal & pastoral sectors. Experience in horticulture would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • We need a sales hunter who can maximise sales opportunities, driving to achieve or exceed budgets.
  • You will be highly organised with great communication skills and experience using Microsoft Office 365.
  • Most importantly, you will be a team player who can work alongside some of the best in the business.
