**Job Description** The Warehouse Group** seeks a visionary and accomplished leader to join our IT team as the Business Continuity Lead. This senior role plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization's technology infrastructure by overseeing Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and Business Continuity functions within the Platform, Productivity & Platforms (PPP) area.

**Leading the Charge in Cybersecurity**:

- You will spearhead the organization's cybersecurity posture, proactively identifying and mitigating emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
- You will lead and inspire a team of Cybersecurity Specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Your leadership will ensure their efforts align with The Warehouse Group's overarching security goals and priorities.
- Foster a culture of cyber awareness within the IT department by promoting security best practices and behaviors amongst delivery teams. You will champion initiatives that educate staff on potential threats and empower them to make security-conscious decisions.

**Championing Risk Management**:

- You will take the helm of the organization's Technology risk management framework, collaborating with senior leaders across the business to actively reduce the group's overall risk profile. This will involve conducting comprehensive risk assessments to proactively identify, analyze, and prioritize potential threats and incidents across the tech stack.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements governing data security and privacy. You will stay abreast of the evolving regulatory landscape and implement best practices to safeguard sensitive information.

**Business Continuity & Operational Excellence**:

- You will oversee the critical functions of Change Management, Problem Management, and Incident Management, ensuring efficient IT operations with mínimal disruptions. By establishing clear processes and procedures, you will streamline IT service delivery and minimize downtime.
- Champion a proactive approach to business continuity planning and response, guaranteeing the swift recovery of critical business systems and data in the event of an incident. Your leadership will ensure The Warehouse Group can maintain operational continuity even during unforeseen circumstances.

**Platform Expertise**:

- You will lead the team to manage the security platforms utilized by The Warehouse Group, including Identity Management (Okta, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory), Firewalls (CloudFlare, etc.), Tenable, and other security solutions. Your understanding of these platforms will be instrumental in maintaining a robust and secure IT environment.
- You will provide leadership and oversight for the Office 365 suite and foundational IT platforms. This will involve ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security for these business-critical systems.

- You are adept at identifying areas for optimization, developing and implementing effective strategies, and measuring the impact of your initiatives.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring efficient resolution of technical and operational challenges.
- A critical thinker who can analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
