**About You | Mōu**

You are a collaborative, enthusiastic and curious talent professional with solid experience across support office segments, industry and ideally, TA-tech. You demonstrate strong business partnering and communication skills and your ability to leverage tools to build and maximise talent pipelines that deliver results, and use data to inform decision-making means you build credibility and confidence with your stakeholders, fast. We are particularly interested in connecting with those who have the following:

- A naturally positive and optimistic nature, unafraid to try new things and adapt to change.
- The ability to establish effective partnerships with stakeholders across the Woolworths Group, influencing and providing support as needed.
- Outstanding communication skills, able to adapt your style to engage with a diverse audience.
- Strong pipeline development and management
- Fluency with Talent data
