**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga**
Reporting to the People Lead - Business Partnering, we’re looking for 2 People Partners for our Support Office. One of the People partners will support our Reputation & Sustainability, Safety, Health & Wellbeing business units with the second People partner supporting our Strategy & Transformation, Format & Property, A&I, Agile Coaches, Finance & Technology business units.

You’ll be involved in delivering on our people strategic initiatives including;
- partner with Senior leaders to shape people & organisational outcomes that underpin our Business Strategies and build our Customer 1st Team 1st Culture across Woolworths & our Retail Ecosystem
- Shape data-led people priorities that underpin our Business Strategies, partnering across the people model to deliver outcomes
- Shape leadership team impact through talent, succession and team effectiveness
- Develop change strategies that enables business transformation & enables team
- Build team connection to Purpose & Business Strategies through shaping team narrative & engagement plans
- Manage people risk through the development of risk mitigation strategies & monitoring key controls within the Business

**About You | Mōu**
We’re looking for someone who has worked in an Agile environment as we are on our transformation journey to be a fully Agile business unit. Utilise your Strategic partnering experience & partner with Leaders to manage end to end initiatives,talent pipeline & succession planning & help drive our D&I initiatives forward.
