Our Co-op is something truly special. There are not many (if any) organisations that offer the opportunity to start your career as a trolley person or perhaps stacking shelves and one day become the Owner of a supermarket.

We have two pathways into ownership; via our Trainee Operator Program for future supermarket Owners and our 4SQ Ownership Programme for aspiring 4Square Owners. As a Talent Partner you’ll be on the road across the North Island; building, growing and supporting aspiring Owners by;
- Proactively identifying aspiring Owners, providing support throughout their journey as they gear up for ownership assessment and selection
- Executing robust selection processes throughout the year

**What we’re looking for**

This role isn’t a traditional ‘recruiter’ role so you might come from a sales background, account management, OD or recruitment. Whatever your background, what you will need is;
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills combined with exceptional interpersonal, communication and networking skills
- Great planning and execution skills
- A process driven approach
- Knowledge of leadership assessments would be great, but by no means a necessity
- A bloody good human - able to have a good yarn, a laugh, a coffee (or tea perhaps) and get excited about supporting our next generation of owners
