**Indian at The Crescent** is looking for a full-time and permanent **Restaurant Manager**.

**Working hours**: One is expected to do a split shift: 11:00 am - 1:30 pm and 5:00 pm -9:30 pm, and should be available

during weekends, andwouldwork late nights.

You will be after a range of key business functions, suchas customer relationship management, stock and wage cost

management, budgeting, recruiting and rostering staff(among other tasks).

Should have passion for exceeding guests expectations, immense knowledge of international and local wine, and well

versed in the culinary art of making cocktails and mixed non-alcoholic drinks infusing traditional Indian spices and herbs.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. Planning menus of Indian dishes while working closely with Chefs.

2. Planning and organizing special functions in the restaurant and offsite catering services up to the highest standards

(Banquet experience would be an advantage).

3.Financial duties such as cash handling, budgeting, purchasing, pricing, maintaining and ordering of the stock along

withliaison with various suppliers.

4. Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.

5. Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.

6. Should have goodtime management skills to manage costs within the shift.

7. Recommend and implement training of F&B staff, with emphasis on structured on-the-job training.

8. General duties may include, but are not limited to: taking phone orders,handling reservations, welcoming guests,

processing payments, controlling the flowof the venue.

9. Able to supervise, create and serve a wide variety of handcrafted cocktails and beverages with precision and flair and

have expertisein mixology.

10. Having made Indian and Fijian cocktails, and has experience appreciation and knack for cocktail-making.

11. Able to work during weekends, to do split shifts and late-night closing.
