**The Opportunity**:
Komatsu is expanding, and we are looking for a Customer Support Sales Representative to join the team in Auckland. This sales and support role is responsible for increasing customer spending with Komatsu by identifying opportunities in the customers’ business and selling the applicable Komatsu Product or Services. It requires the individual to be conversant in a range of aftermarket products and services and to actively build relationships by adhering to the principles and standards of the Customer Support Charter. A vital component of this role is to maximise the investment in customer visits delivering value to the customers’ business through each interaction while gathering and reporting key information to support a proactive and team approach to sales growth.

The hours will be 40 hours per week. Your salary package will include a competitive salary plus a bonus plus Kiwisaver. Komatsu provides you with extensive training to develop your understanding of Komatsu’s equipment.

**Role Located**:Auckland Office (East Tamaki)

**The knowledge, skills, and abilities we’re looking for**:

- Able to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external parties.
- Pipeline sales management and analysis.
- Customer focused and proactive in identifying opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilience in the sales process and happy with cold calling.
- Can demonstrate logical approach to market penetration and customer calling.
- Efficiently work within the Microsoft Suite of software.
- Heavy vehicle and equipment parts market experience desirable.
- Tertiary training highly regarded._ _
