**About the opportunity**:
This role will suit someone in Sales or Technical Support, who is hands-on, technically minded with a background in Electrical and Electronics. It works with print and coding solutions to the FMCG, manufacturing, distribution and processing markets. The role requires someone with strong Sales and Customer Service experience to assist customers with implementing and managing their packaging printing solutions.

With the head office based in Auckland, but clients across the country, this role will suit a hands-on Technical Sales Rep who doesn’t mind a bit of travel to major centers across NZ. They will consider people based out of Wellington and Christchurch as well as Auckland.

**Role description**:
The primary focus of this role is on Customer Service and Business Development working with new and existing customers and addressing technical support issues related to printing equipment. As a hands-on Technical Sales/Support representative, you'll engage with customer production and engineering staff, tackling mechanical and electrical challenges.

Your role may extend to assisting in the installation and commissioning of new solutions in collaboration with technical staff and engineers, so someone with Technical, Electrical and Mechanical experience is a bonus.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Conducting new business development and providing technical sales/support nationwide.
- Developing the customer relationship
- Collaborating in the installation/commissioning of company equipment alongside manufacturing production and engineering staff.
- Delivering equipment demonstrations and presentations using company equipment/consumable quotes.

**This role will suit someone with all or some of the following background/experience/qualities**:

- Understanding and experience in FMCG manufacturing, with a bonus for technical, electrical, and mechanical expertise.
- Up-to-date IT skills, specifically in Windows/PC environments.
- Strong Marketing & Sales experience, a B2B focus, and a hands-on approach.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize workloads, sales calls, and time management for monthly/quarterly KPI targets
- Willingness to travel regularly to major CBD centers in New Zealand.
