**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
We seek a talented individual with a background in executive administration support, who is eager to perform a wide range of administrative, executive support and project related tasks by being aware of the CE’s programme and offering the support the CE requires.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assisting the Chief Executive with diary management, correspondence and preparing documentation
- Coordinating meetings and taking minutes
- Managing the diary and calendar
- Coordinating special events
- Communication with clients and staff, both written and verbally
- Supporting the Chief Executive and wider leadership team
- Planning
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Executive Assistant experience. You will thrive supporting our CE and wider leadership team.
- Are highly organised, and can juggle multiple priorities and remain calm and composed.
- Are an exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills and can develop and maintain effective relationships.
- Can work autonomously with independence using your initiative.
- Have great intuition, are agile, confident, and supportive of the CE’s requirements.
- High written English and typing skills.
