**About the Role**:
As a Telephone Marketing Representative, you’ll play a key part in generating new business and supporting existing customer relationships. You’ll engage with prospects over the phone, follow up on leads, and help drive sales through professional and proactive communication.
This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively secure new business and follow up with potential customers.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns for new and existing products.
- Follow up on proposals, conference leads, and marketing material.
- Book appointments for sales representatives when required.
- Use the company CRM system to manage and track all customer interactions.
- Meet daily call targets and contribute to weekly sales meetings.
- Ensure accurate completion of paperwork and reporting.
- Support a safe, tidy, and professional workplace environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and listening skills - able to engage customers with confidence.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous telesales, call centre, or customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Confidence with numbers and basic calculations.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
