Kiwi Marketing Solutions is seeking passionate and motivated Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team and make a difference in the lives of others

As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in our fundraising efforts to support our charitable initiatives. You will be responsible for engaging with potential donors, sharing the inspiring stories behind our cause, and inviting them to become part of our mission to create a positive impact in the community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively communicate our charity's mission, values, and projects to potential donors.
- Initiate conversations and build rapport with prospective supporters.
- Develop a deep understanding of our charitable projects to address potential donors' queries and concerns.
- Actively promote and encourage recurring donations to meet fundraising goals.
- Keep accurate records of daily interactions and submit reports to the team leader.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about making a difference and contributing to meaningful causes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Resilience and positivity to handle rejection and turn challenges into opportunities.
- Previous experience in sales, fundraising, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in New Zealand

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $22.70 - $32.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Auckland Central, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service/Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving licence (preferred)
