Join our busy Albany sales branch as an Operations Administrator and take charge of keeping everything running smoothly. You’ll be the key link between our customers, production in Manukau, and delivery teams - making sure orders flow efficiently from start to finish.
**Your role will include**:
- Managing all branch processes - stock, sales, and service control
- Providing administration and systems support
- Coordinating with production and delivery teams
- Maintaining strong customer relationships
- Operating a fork hoist for customer pick-ups (licence required)
**We’re looking for**:
- Roofing industry experience is essential
- Strong organisational and computer skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in sales, pricing, and customer service
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
**About us**:
The Roofing Store Albany is a sales-focused branch, with all manufacturing handled at our Manukau production centre. You’ll be the hub of operations, making sure customers get exactly what they need - on time and hassle-free.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
