**_Role Responsibilities_**
- _Leading the implementation of policies and standards in line with the company's strategic vision._
- _Managing and coordinating administrative, strategic planning, operational support, and investment strategies._
- _Representing the organization in external interactions with financial institutions, the IRD, and at industry events._
- _Overseeing the hiring and performance evaluation processes for senior leadership roles._
- _Directing the company's departments, ensuring efficient operation and collaboration._
- _Demonstrating adaptability and innovation in response to changing business environments._
- _Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business expansion and client base growth._
- _Monitoring and improving KPIs related to client acquisition and retention._
- _Managing the company's resources, including administrative, financial, physical, and human assets._
- _Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and refine the company's future growth plans._
- _Preparing budget reports, forecasts, and strategic planning documents._
- _Ensuring effective communication across the organization and smooth coordination of operational functions._
- _Leading preparation for and participation in inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards._

**_What you will bring:_**
- _Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field._
- _Demonstrated professional experience of at least 5 years. Experience in Accounting industry preferred but not necessary._
- _Proficiency in utilizing various accounting systems such as Xero or equivalents, along with a strong command of MS Office._
- _Skilled in interacting with individuals across diverse hierarchies and collaborating with external partners._
- _Outstanding capabilities in organization, communication, and leadership._
- _Preferred ability to lead teams within a matrixed organization across multiple locations._
- _Proficiency in multitasking, problem-solving, and performing under pressure._
- _Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction._
- _Previous involvement in accounting or managing large operation is advantageous._
- _Must possess reliable transportation with hybrid work flexibility available._
- _Be a NZ citizen, resident, or have the legal right to work in NZ full time._
