Join our Claims Team and make a real difference when customers need us most. You'll manage claims from start to finish, working with partners to deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic outcomes. Every claim is a chance to build trust and support customers through life's toughest moments. This permanent full-time role is based in Auckland at either our Albany or Sylvia Park offices with start date of 26th Jan 2026 or 2nd Feb 2026. You'll begin with in person, hands-on classroom training (8.30 – 4.30pm, Mon-Friday)Training runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM and designed to set sets you up for success. After training, your'll work shifts will be either Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday between the hours of 8.00 and 6.00pm and you'll spend at least two days a week in the office.

• Lodge and manage claims from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance.


• Provide exceptional customer experiences that build trust and loyalty.


• Identify priority, complex, and vulnerable customer claims.


• Maintain knowledge of systems, claims handling processes, and policy wordings.


• Ensure reserving practices and audit standards are met to minimise claims leakage.


• Collaborate with your team and support major event responses when required.
