**The Company**
Located in Penrose, this company is a large manufacturing and distribution company dealing with a diverse product range. They have a big emphasis on sustainability that encompasses people, the planet and profit. With parking available when in the office and a good wfh balance along with flexibility in the role, this is a perfect position for someone who can work hard and enjoy working in a team environment.
**The Role**
You will be working in a team of two and reporting into the Team Leader. Your area of focus within the role will be dependent on your proven administration experience. You will also provide support to the finance team assisting with the accounts payable process.
- You will be responsible for high volume data entry and database management using SAP
- Reconciling orders and updated any information on the system that may change
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to keep up to date with the day-to-day business
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
**Skills & Experience**
To be successful for this role you will have proven experience working in a high-volume environment and have excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
You will be a strong communicator both written and verbally and have a problem-solving mindset.
