This role will challenge you to ensure NZME customer services functions operate to maximum effectiveness, exceeding set grades of service and ensuring that all escalated, high priority customer queries are investigated and resolved satisfactorily. You’ll also provide accurate, timely reporting for the purpose of reflecting performance against requirements and incentive payments to our Customer Contact Centre staff.

This position plays a critical role in the renewing and invoicing of NZME customers for our daily newspapers and works closely with our Customer Service, IT and Marketing teams.

Providing finance administrative support, you will be hands on in managing all NZME customer transactions, renewals, and account enquiries. You will also be involved in project development, system testing and troubleshooting as required.

You’ll be well experienced in customer service, administration, and accounts receivable. Your time management, accuracy and attention to detail are all amazing, but it’s your positive, friendly, caring nature and high customer service ethics that really shines through That’s what draws people to you and ensures all customers go away with a brilliant experience thanks to you

This is a busy and varied role, demanding a high degree of flexibility. If you come from a finance background, with good systems knowledge and enjoy working under pressure, this role will be perfect for you.
