We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to support a significant programme that led to develop and embed buying mechanics, cross functional operational tools, and processes, negotiating frameworks.
This business is a successful enterprise with an established name in its sector. Yu will be closely working with Business owners, Project/ Programme managers and stakeholders to plan and execute change management strategies.
To be successful in this role,
- 5 years’ experience in change management roles in significant business change programmes in large organisations.
- Change Management practitioner certification required (Prosci, PCI or equivalent)
- Experienced in developing and executing effective change and communication strategies.
- Experience in developing cross section of business change and communication strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You will have the opportunity to involve in end-to-end change management services and providing change leadership but not limited to other communication activities to support stakeholders
On offer is a 12 month, day rate contract. Additionally, you will have access to the Potentia contracting benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established enterprise on a new phase of a programme.
