**What you will be doing**:
As the Head of Technology, reporting into the CFO, your main responsibility is to lead the technology team and ensure continued delivery, supporting business outcomes. It’s a tactical and operational role to provide support and leadership to the team through this period of change. You will need to build strategic relationships between business units and teams to be successful.

As a strong leader, you will hold the reigns and continue to execute against the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships. It’s important that you can push the priorities, objectives and targets along to maintain delivery of value into the business whilst ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely.

To keep the engine turning you will need to supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency, identify necessary improvements and adjustments to technology, monitor KPIs and budgets, manage and optimize infrastructure assets plus oversee all other key functions.

**What you'll need for success**:

- A respectful and confident leader, a forward thinker with strategic purpose
- Proven experience as a Head of Technology in a similar environment
- In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development
- Expert at managing and leading a team, budget and business-planning
- Hands on experience with complex project management
- Sound judgement and decision making - makes good decisions
- Prepared to challenge the status quo, displaying initiative and innovative thinking
- High level of self-awareness and motivation to achieve - self-starter
