**The Opportunity**

We're on a mission to grow our footprint across New Zealand's Asian retail and foodservice channels - and we're looking for a talented, driven Channel Sales Manager to lead that charge.

This is your opportunity to own and execute the channel strategy for a key part of our business. You'll lead a high-performing team of Territory Sales Managers and work closely with our parent company Wilmar to drive product expansion and deliver strong, sustainable growth.

**What You'll Do**
- Develop and roll out commercial sales strategies targeting Asian retail and foodservice channels across NZ.
- Lead and coach your sales team to exceed volume and profitability targets.
- Set competitive pricing and lead promotional initiatives to drive growth and penetration.
- Identify and build business cases for new product opportunities-leveraging Wilmar's extensive portfolio.
- Take the lead on strategic negotiations with major accounts and key customer partners.
- Drive market execution and performance across a diverse range of FMCG commodities (e.g. rice, oil, flour).

**About You**
You're a strategic and commercially savvy sales professional who understands how to unlock value in the Asian FMCG channel.

You bring:

- Proven experience in FMCG sales, ideally with exposure to Asian retail and foodservice channels in New Zealand.
- Strong understanding of pricing mechanics, trade promotion, and customer negotiations.
- A growth mindset and ability to spot and seize new product and market opportunities.
- Experience working with commodity products such as oil, rice, or flour is advantageous.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience leading or coaching sales teams (formal or informal leadership).
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential.
