**The Role**

This is a crucial role within our retail store in Tuam St, Christchurch that requires a dynamic person with strong sales and leadership potential to provide excellent service to our customers within the region. Your key responsibilities will also include:

- ** Driving store performance**by managing sales and stock to ensure store targets are met
- ** Maintain high standards**for store presentation and customer service
- ** Lead and develop your team**through training, performance management and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
- ** Champion health and safety**by ensuring the workshop is clean and tidy, procedures are followed, and staff are trained correctly

***To be successful you will need**:

- A full, clean NZ Driver's License
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Proven sales experience and the ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience working within the automotive or tyre industry, or a willingness to learn, as you will need to be across all roles within the store and comfortable working on the workshop floor
